Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time we need to prepare your order. This does not include transit time (i.e. time needed for the shipping carrier to deliver your order).

The processing time for all orders is 3-7 business days. This applies to all pickup orders as well. Some of our products are handmade and require time to prepare while others can be packaged and shipped/ready for pickup quickly.

Please note, if we are on holidays, the processing time will be 7 to 14 business days. The date of our return will be written in the announcement bar at the very top of this page.

Shipping

We currently offer flat rate shipping to Canada and US.

Please note, perishable items such as henna cones and henna sealant spray are only shipped to Canada. We do not ship these products to US due to long transit time and customs delays.

If your order contains any of these perishable items, please keep a track of delivery and freeze/refrigerate the products immediately upon delivery. Sometimes small packages can be left in the mailbox/locker so be sure to check there as well.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply on international orders. The delivery may be delayed due to customs.

Curbside Pickup

Local pickup is available from Scarborough, Ontario. Please select the curbside pickup option at checkout. We'll contact you to schedule the pickup via email/phone. If you are selecting the pickup option, we highly recommend providing your phone number at checkout.
